What counts as a small edit

Examples: changing opening hours, replacing images, updating prices, adding a short announcement, fixing a typo, adjusting a service description, or updating a contact detail. Unused monthly time does not roll over unless the agreement says so.

Response window

Normal support is handled by email. Urgent security or outage issues are best-effort unless a separate emergency support agreement is signed.

Analytics limits

Reports explain observed visits, pages, clicks, and enquiries. They do not guarantee rankings, sales, revenue, or ad performance.

What maintenance is not

Maintenance is not unlimited redesigns, new custom apps, paid ad management, complex copywriting, advanced SEO campaigns, legal compliance audits, photography, brand design, or 24/7 emergency support. Those need separate scope and pricing.

Client responsibilities

  • Send clear edit requests in writing.
  • Provide accurate business, price, and legal details.
  • Approve sensitive content before it goes live.
  • Keep domain, hosting, and third-party account access available.

Cancellation

Monthly plans should be cancellable with written notice. A simple starting rule is cancellation at the end of the current paid month unless the agreement says otherwise.

Before selling this

Use a written agreement, define what is included, confirm tax/VAT details, and never promise rankings, revenue, or unlimited work.
