Privacy Policy
This notice explains what personal data Locriva receives, why it is used, who may process it, and the choices available to you. The current site is a static portfolio and enquiry website with no online checkout, account system, advertising tracker, or Locriva database.
1. Controller and contact
Locriva is the project and trading name used for this website. The current operator contact is Daniel at daniellaky.uni@gmail.com. The official legal name, registered address, registration number, and VAT details must be added to the Legal Notice before a paid client contract is accepted.
2. Data we may receive
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, work email, phone number, and business name.
- Enquiry details, such as business type, goals, budget range, timeline, and requested services.
- Project content, files, access details, meeting notes, feedback, approvals, and correspondence.
- Contract, invoice, and payment records where a paid project is agreed.
- Basic technical request and security logs processed by the hosting or email provider.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data through the website forms.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Enquiries and quotes: steps requested before a contract and the legitimate interest in replying to genuine business enquiries.
- Project delivery and support: performance of an agreed contract.
- Business records: compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and legal duties.
- Security and dispute handling: legitimate interests in protecting the service, preventing misuse, and keeping evidence of agreed work.
- Optional marketing: consent, if a separate opt-in is introduced later. The current site has no marketing mailing list.
4. How website forms work
On the current GitHub Pages site, enquiry forms prepare an email draft in your own email application. The data is sent only if you choose to send that email. The demo forms do not send or store any data and are clearly marked as demonstrations.
5. Recipients and providers
Personal data is not sold. It may be processed only where needed by website hosting, email, domain, accounting, file-storage, or professional advisers used to operate the business. The current public site is hosted by GitHub Pages, and email enquiries are handled by the operator's email provider. Provider access is limited to the service each provider supplies.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, Locriva will use providers that offer a recognised transfer mechanism or other appropriate safeguards. Provider and hosting choices must be reviewed again when the final business setup or tools change.
7. Retention
- Unsuccessful enquiry emails are normally removed within 12 months.
- Active project communication is kept for the project and a reasonable support or dispute period afterward.
- Contracts, invoices, and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
- Data may be kept longer where needed for an active legal claim, fraud prevention, or a binding legal obligation.
8. Security
Reasonable access controls, account security, backups, and limited provider access are used for project information. No internet service is risk-free. Clients should share account access through an agreed secure method rather than ordinary form fields or unprotected email.
9. Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email daniellaky.uni@gmail.com to make a request. Identity may need to be verified before the request is completed.
You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority responsible for the operator's final country of establishment or with the authority in the country where you live or work. For the planned Slovak establishment, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
10. Automated decisions, cookies, and changes
Locriva does not currently use automated decision-making or profiling. The current cookie position is described in the Cookie Policy. This notice will be updated before new analytics, payment, booking, marketing, or form-storage tools are enabled and whenever the legal business identity changes.
Pre-launch legal status
This is a carefully prepared operational notice, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer or accountant familiar with the final Slovak business setup. The identity fields in the Legal Notice remain a blocking task before the first paid contract.
