Current business status
This is currently a pre-launch portfolio and enquiry website. It does not accept online payment and does not by itself form a paid contract. The operator intends to establish and invoice from Slovakia. The appropriate Slovak registration, tax and VAT treatment, invoice requirements, and official identity details must be completed before accepting paid work.
Preliminary business-name check
On 24 July 2026, preliminary exact-name checks found no Locriva result in EUIPO eSearch or TMview and no Locriva business in the Slovak Commercial Register. The official .com and .sk checks also showed locriva.com and locriva.sk as unregistered at that time. These results are not a legal opinion or a guarantee: similar marks, unregistered rights, and later applications may still matter. A Slovak trade-mark professional should confirm clearance before a filing or substantial commercial investment. Domain registration alone does not create trade-mark rights.
